Welcome to Camo Clinic, operated by Steccani Aesthetics LLC.

These Terms & Conditions apply to services, consultations, appointments, treatments, procedures, purchases, and other services offered by Camo Clinic through camoclinicspa.com, our physical location, or our authorized communication and scheduling channels.

By scheduling an appointment, purchasing a service, making a deposit or other payment, electronically accepting these Terms & Conditions, or proceeding with a Camo Clinic service, the client acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review and understand these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Camo Clinic Service Policies.

These Terms & Conditions work together with any procedure-specific consent form, treatment agreement, medical history form, photography or media authorization, payment agreement, and aftercare instructions applicable to the client's service.

1. About Camo Clinic

Camo Clinic is operated by Steccani Aesthetics LLC.

Professionals performing services through Camo Clinic may be referred to throughout these Terms as Camo Clinic Specialists.

Services may be performed by different Camo Clinic Specialists depending on availability, professional qualifications, treatment requirements, and the needs of each client.

Our goal is to provide professional, personalized aesthetic camouflage services using techniques developed to create natural-looking visual improvement while respecting the individual characteristics of each person's skin.

2. Client Eligibility

Camo Clinic services are intended for clients who are at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise expressly authorized by Camo Clinic and permitted under applicable law.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when scheduling, completing forms, communicating with our team, and preparing for treatment.

Camo Clinic reserves the right to request identification when reasonably necessary for treatment records, payment verification, or compliance purposes.

3. Consent to Services and Treatment

The client voluntarily chooses to receive the service or treatment selected.

Before a procedure is performed, the client will have the opportunity to receive information about the procedure, expected treatment process, aftercare, limitations, and relevant considerations.

Certain procedures may require the client to complete and sign a separate Informed Consent and Release before treatment.

Clients are encouraged to ask questions at any point before proceeding.

By proceeding with a service, the client confirms that they understand the general nature of the procedure and voluntarily consent to receiving the treatment.

4. Camouflage Results and Individual Response

Camo Clinic specializes in aesthetic camouflage procedures designed to visually improve scars, stretch marks, areas of pigmentation difference, and other appropriate areas evaluated by our Specialists.

Our techniques have produced excellent aesthetic improvements in many clients. However, as with other aesthetic procedures, each person responds differently.

For this reason, camouflage results cannot be guaranteed or predicted with complete certainty.

Skin is a living tissue, and the way it receives, retains, heals, and displays pigment varies from person to person.

Factors that may influence the treatment include, among others:

Skin type and condition;
Characteristics of the scar or treatment area;
Age and maturity of the scar;
Pigment retention;
Natural healing response;
Genetics;
Immune response;
Lifestyle;
Sun exposure;
Medications;
Health conditions;
Hormonal changes;
Previous treatments;
Previous tattooing or pigmentation; and
Compliance with aftercare instructions.

Before-and-after photographs, testimonials, social media content, website images, educational demonstrations, videos, and examples of previous clients are intended to demonstrate possibilities and the quality of our work.

They should not be interpreted as a promise that every client will achieve an identical result.

The objective of camouflage is aesthetic improvement, with the goal of creating a more harmonious visual relationship between the treated area and the surrounding skin.

5. Camouflage Is a Progressive Treatment

Camouflage is generally not a one-session procedure.

The treatment is progressively built as the skin receives, heals, and retains pigment.

Clients should expect the camouflage process to commonly require at least three treatment sessions, and some cases may require additional sessions depending on the condition being treated and the individual response of the skin.

The appearance immediately after a session is not considered the final result.

The area must first heal before the Specialist can properly evaluate pigment retention, color evolution, and the adjustments that may be appropriate during the next session.

Some clients respond more quickly, while others require additional treatments to build or refine the result.

The number of sessions discussed during a consultation or initial evaluation is therefore an estimated treatment plan and not a guaranteed number of sessions.

The need for additional sessions does not mean that previous sessions were unsuccessful. Progressive adjustment is a normal part of many camouflage treatments.

In uncommon cases, an individual's skin may retain pigment differently than anticipated or may not respond sufficiently to continued camouflage. If that occurs, Camo Clinic may recommend modifying, pausing, or discontinuing additional treatment rather than continuing a procedure that is unlikely to provide an appropriate benefit.

The client understands and accepts that individual biological response is outside the complete control of Camo Clinic or the Camo Clinic Specialist.

6. Per-Session Treatment Model

Camo Clinic primarily operates on a per-session treatment model.

When a client schedules and pays for an individual session, that payment applies to the professional service performed during that specific appointment.

Each session may include, as applicable:

Professional evaluation;
Treatment planning;
Color analysis;
Pigment preparation;
Treatment-room preparation;
Disposable supplies and materials;
Professional treatment time;
Performance of the procedure; and
Treatment-related instructions and follow-up guidance.

Once a treatment session has begun, the service is considered to have commenced.

Payments for a session that has begun or has been completed are final and non-refundable.

A completed session cannot be refunded based solely on pigment retention, healing response, the need for additional sessions, or dissatisfaction with an aesthetic result.

The client understands that the biological result of camouflage develops during the healing process and cannot always be fully evaluated on the day the service is performed.

Future sessions are separate services unless they are expressly included in a prepaid treatment project.

7. Prepaid Treatment Projects

Although Camo Clinic primarily operates per session, certain treatments may be offered as prepaid projects, packages, or treatment plans.

When a client pays the full price of a project in advance, a cancellation and refund may be requested within 5 calendar days from the original payment date, provided that no treatment procedure included in the project has begun.

Any applicable deposit, processing, administrative, or other deductions are governed by the current Camo Clinic Service Policies | Exchange | Cancellation | Reimbursement.

If a refund request is made after the applicable 5-day period but before treatment begins, the payment will be handled according to the applicable Camo Clinic Service Policies.

Once the first treatment procedure included in a prepaid project begins, the treatment project becomes non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by Camo Clinic.

Sessions that have already been performed are not refundable.

The client's decision not to continue with additional sessions does not create a right to reimbursement for services already provided.

8. Deposits

Deposits are used to reserve appointment availability and contribute toward preparation and operational costs associated with the scheduled service.

Deposits are non-refundable in accordance with the applicable Camo Clinic Service Policies.

The specific deposit amount applicable to a service will be disclosed during the booking, quotation, or payment process.

9. Client Medical and Treatment Information

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information that may reasonably affect treatment.

This may include:

Known allergies;
Skin conditions;
Relevant medical conditions;
Prescription medications;
Non-prescription medications or supplements;
Products used on the treatment area;
Previous procedures;
Previous reactions to pigments or tattooing;
Pregnancy or breastfeeding status; and
Other information requested in the applicable treatment or medical history form.

Clients should notify Camo Clinic if relevant information changes between treatment sessions.

Accurate disclosure allows the Camo Clinic Specialist to make a better-informed decision regarding the appropriate treatment approach.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camo Clinic is not responsible for outcomes caused or materially affected by relevant information that was not disclosed by the client before treatment.

10. Previous Camouflage, Micropigmentation, Permanent Makeup, or Tattooing

Previous treatment in an area can influence the way new camouflage behaves.

The client understands that previous:

Camouflage;
Micropigmentation;
Permanent makeup;
Tattooing;
Corrective pigmentation; or
Residual pigment

may affect color selection, neutralization, pigment retention, healing, and the appearance of a new camouflage procedure.

Previously treated areas may require a different approach and can sometimes be less predictable than untreated skin.

Correction, neutralization, or removal of pre-existing pigment is not automatically included in a new camouflage service unless separately evaluated, quoted, and agreed to by Camo Clinic.

11. Treatment Preparation and Sanitation

Camo Clinic prepares its treatment environment and materials with care to provide a clean and professionally organized procedure setting.

Depending on the service, preparation may include treatment-room setup, disposable materials, pigments, supplies, protective items, and other resources prepared specifically for the scheduled client.

Appointments also reserve dedicated professional time for that client.

These preparations form part of the service and are among the reasons deposits and completed services are subject to the applicable cancellation and refund policies.

12. Aftercare and Client Participation

Proper aftercare is an important part of the camouflage process.

Clients agree to follow the aftercare and home-care instructions provided by Camo Clinic.

Healing and pigment retention may be affected by circumstances outside Camo Clinic's control, including:

Excessive sun exposure;
Picking or scratching the treated area;
Improper water exposure during healing;
Use of products that are not recommended during recovery;
Procedures performed by another provider;
Certain medical or aesthetic treatments;
Failure to follow aftercare recommendations; or
Other activities that interfere with the normal healing process.

Clients who have questions regarding healing, aftercare, or products should contact Camo Clinic for guidance.

Camo Clinic cannot be responsible for changes to treatment results caused or materially contributed to by failure to follow aftercare instructions or by treatments, products, or circumstances outside our control.

13. Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

Camo Clinic does not recommend proceeding with camouflage tattoo procedures during pregnancy.

If a client becomes pregnant after scheduling a future session, the appointment will be postponed.

Payments will be handled according to the applicable Camo Clinic Service Policies. Eligible amounts may be maintained as credit for treatment after pregnancy when applicable, and the original treatment quote may remain frozen in accordance with the applicable policy.

Deposits and payments for sessions already performed remain non-refundable.

Clients who are breastfeeding should inform Camo Clinic before treatment so that the circumstances can be appropriately evaluated.

14. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Appointments reserve dedicated time with a Camo Clinic Specialist.

One reschedule per session is allowed at no additional cost when requested at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment.

Requests made within 7 days of the scheduled appointment, or multiple rescheduling requests for the same session, may be subject to a $100 rescheduling fee and are not guaranteed.

Availability for rescheduled appointments depends on the Camo Clinic schedule at the time the request is made.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, no-shows, and other scheduling matters are governed by the current Camo Clinic Service Policies.

15. Consultations

Online and in-person consultations are professional services provided by Camo Clinic.

Consultation cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the current Camo Clinic Service Policies.

Unless otherwise stated in those policies, consultation fees become non-refundable after the applicable cancellation period or once the consultation has begun or been completed.

16. Payments, Cancellations, Credits, and Refunds

Payment methods, deposits, cancellations, refunds, credits, rescheduling charges, payment plans, missed appointments, and other financial matters are governed by the current:

Camo Clinic Service Policies | Exchange | Cancellation | Reimbursement

available through camoclinicspa.com and/or presented during the applicable booking or purchase process.

If a specific treatment agreement or payment-plan agreement has been signed, the terms of that agreement also apply to the applicable transaction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

17. Treatment Satisfaction and Expectations

Camo Clinic is committed to providing professional treatment and working toward the best reasonable aesthetic result for each client.

We encourage clients to communicate with our team throughout the treatment process.

Because camouflage develops over multiple sessions and through the healing response of each person's skin, a result should be evaluated as part of the treatment progression rather than solely from the appearance of an individual healing stage.

The client understands that:

Camouflage is intended to improve appearance rather than guarantee perfection;
Exact replication of surrounding natural skin cannot be promised;
Results may evolve during healing;
Additional sessions may be necessary;
Different areas of the same client may respond differently;
The final number of sessions cannot always be predicted in advance; and
Individual skin response is an important part of the final outcome.

Dissatisfaction with an aesthetic result does not, by itself, mean that the professional service was performed improperly or create an automatic right to a refund.

18. Appropriate Treatment Decisions

Camo Clinic and its Specialists reserve the right to modify, postpone, pause, or discontinue a procedure when reasonably appropriate.

This may occur when:

The treatment area should be given additional healing time;
Skin response indicates that another approach may be more appropriate;
Continuing treatment is unlikely to improve the outcome;
Additional medical evaluation is recommended;
Relevant information was not previously disclosed;
Treatment cannot safely or appropriately proceed; or
Other professional considerations justify a change in the treatment plan.

A recommendation to pause or discontinue additional treatment is intended to protect the quality of the client's outcome and does not invalidate services that were previously performed.

19. General Treatment Risks

Camouflage tattooing is generally well tolerated when appropriately performed and cared for.

As with tattooing and other aesthetic procedures, temporary reactions can occur during the treatment and healing process.

These may include temporary redness, sensitivity, swelling, color changes during healing, or differences in initial pigment retention.

Less common individual reactions may also occur.

Procedure-specific considerations will be addressed through the applicable informed consent documentation when appropriate.

The client understands that no aesthetic procedure can eliminate every possibility of an unexpected individual response.

20. Assumption of the Normal Characteristics of Treatment

By choosing to proceed, the client acknowledges and accepts the normal characteristics and inherent variability of camouflage treatment, including the fact that the skin's final response cannot be completely controlled or predicted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Steccani Aesthetics LLC, Camo Clinic, its owners, Camo Clinic Specialists, contractors, employees, representatives, and affiliates shall not be responsible for dissatisfaction or treatment variation resulting solely from:

Normal individual biological response;
Ordinary pigment-retention variation;
Healing characteristics;
Undisclosed relevant client information;
Failure to follow aftercare instructions; or
Products, procedures, activities, or circumstances occurring outside Camo Clinic's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive liability or any client right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

21. Procedure-Specific Informed Consent

Acceptance of these Terms does not replace the informed consent documentation that may be required before a specific procedure.

Clients may be asked to sign a separate Camo Clinic Informed Consent and Release before treatment.

The consent may contain more specific information regarding:

The procedure being performed;
The treatment area;
Relevant health disclosures;
Pigments and tattooing;
Aftercare;
Treatment expectations;
Photography;
Procedure-specific acknowledgments; and
Client and Specialist signatures.

These Terms, the Camo Clinic Service Policies, and the applicable signed treatment documentation are intended to work together.

22. Photography and Treatment Documentation

Camo Clinic may photograph treatment areas when appropriate for purposes such as:

Treatment planning;
Before-and-after comparison;
Monitoring treatment progression;
Quality control; and
Client records.

Any authorization for identifiable photographs or videos to be used publicly for marketing, advertising, social media, education, website content, promotional materials, or similar purposes will be governed by the applicable photography or media authorization provided to the client in the consent form.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, compensation is not provided for media that the client has expressly authorized Camo Clinic to use.

23. Website Images, Testimonials, and Educational Content

Photographs, videos, testimonials, case studies, demonstrations, educational material, and treatment examples appearing on Camo Clinic websites or social media represent individual experiences.

They are intended to educate clients and demonstrate examples of Camo Clinic's work.

Because every client's treatment area and biological response are different, these materials should not be interpreted as a guarantee of an identical outcome.

24. General Information and Medical Advice

Information provided through Camo Clinic websites, consultations, emails, social media, educational materials, videos, or other communications is intended to provide general information about Camo Clinic services.

It is not intended to diagnose a medical condition or replace individualized medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider.

If a client has a health concern or is uncertain whether a procedure is appropriate because of a medical condition, the client should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before treatment.

25. Professional Conduct and Right to Refuse Service

Camo Clinic is committed to providing a respectful environment for clients and team members.

Clients are expected to communicate respectfully with Camo Clinic Specialists, employees, contractors, and other clients.

Camo Clinic may refuse, postpone, or discontinue service when reasonably necessary because of:

Unsafe or inappropriate behavior;
Harassment or threats;
Intentional misrepresentation;
Failure to provide required information;
Failure to comply with treatment requirements;
Professional or safety considerations; or
Other legitimate reasons affecting the appropriate operation of the clinic.

Any financial matter associated with such a situation will be handled according to the applicable Service Policies and services already provided.

26. Good-Faith Resolution of Concerns

Camo Clinic values client satisfaction and encourages clients to communicate concerns directly with our team.

If a question or concern arises regarding treatment, healing, scheduling, payment, or another aspect of the service, the client agrees to provide Camo Clinic with a reasonable opportunity to review the situation and communicate directly with the client.

Both Camo Clinic and the client are encouraged to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve concerns directly before pursuing formal dispute proceedings whenever appropriate.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Camo Clinic's liability shall be limited with respect to outcomes resulting from ordinary and inherent characteristics of the selected aesthetic procedure, normal individual biological variation, or circumstances outside Camo Clinic's reasonable control.

This provision is intended to allocate the ordinary risks associated with an elective aesthetic procedure while preserving any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

28. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent that a contractual venue provision may lawfully apply, disputes arising from services provided by Steccani Aesthetics LLC shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Orange County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

30. Electronic Acceptance

The client acknowledges that these Terms may be accepted electronically where permitted by applicable law.

Acceptance may occur through an electronic checkbox, electronic signature, booking system, payment process, consent interface, or other electronic method used by Camo Clinic.

Electronic records may be retained by Camo Clinic as part of the client's booking, transaction, and treatment documentation.

31. Documents That Form Part of the Client Agreement

Depending on the service, the relationship between Camo Clinic and the client may include:

These Terms & Conditions;
Camo Clinic Service Policies;
Treatment or project agreement;
Procedure-specific Informed Consent and Release;
Medical history or treatment questionnaire;
Photography or media authorization;
Payment-plan agreement;
Aftercare instructions; and
Other written terms specifically applicable to the client's treatment.

These documents are intended to complement one another.

If a procedure-specific document contains additional requirements applicable specifically to that treatment, those requirements will also apply.

By scheduling, purchasing, electronically accepting these Terms, and/or proceeding with a Camo Clinic service, the client acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Camo Clinic Service Policies and agrees to the terms applicable to the service selected.

IMPORTANT — PROCEDURE-SPECIFIC AGREEMENTS:

These Terms & Conditions are general terms applicable to Camo Clinic services and do not replace, supersede, limit, modify, waive, or reduce any Informed Consent, Liability Release, Treatment Agreement, Medical Disclosure, Photography/Media Authorization, or other document separately signed or electronically accepted by the client in connection with a specific procedure or treatment. All such procedure-specific documents remain independently valid and enforceable according to their terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms & Conditions and a procedure-specific document signed by the client, the procedure-specific signed document shall control with respect to that procedure to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
